Today finds me at the start of the second week of my whole 30. I can honestly say I have stuck to the program 100%, and have not even licked carrot cake icing that accidentally found my finger. Here are some pictures of the yummy foods I have been eating :)

Oven baked sweet potato jackets, stuffed with mashed sweet potato, onion, garlic, bacon and cayenne pepper.
Mushroom burgers are soo good! Just make up rissoles with some mince, onion, garlic and whatever herbs and spices you desire. Grill some portabello mushrooms, and top with salad. Yum Yum!

Beautiful refreshing summer salad from my Mum! Spinach, sprouts, (any greens) chopped coriander, chopped mint, shaved carrot, chopped orange. Dressing: bit of olive oil and some fresh squeezed orange juice. Quick and easy, light and refreshing!
